Video on the Car Rearview Window?

Some new products from KES2005 which is the gadget convention in Korea...

Now one thing really pops into my mind.. Is this really necessary? How many times do we need to watch videos through the rearview window of a car? I assume this has something to do with people who spend most of their mornings stuck in traffic...
